Our Founder

Eagle Creek Therapy Services has been in business since 2004 and was founded by a licensed physical therapy assistant, Pat Carroll. As an LPTA, Pat was excited to embark on a new journey of providing a high quality of therapy to the Home Health sector in Waco, Texas. Her dedication to her business and her patients quickly gave her a reputation as an efficient business woman and caring therapist.

In July 2005 Pat was diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma and fought for three months before losing her battle on October 19th, 2005.

Since 2005 her family has worked to continue her legacy of providing the highest quality in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to Home Health Companies all over Texas. Building on the already growing business founded by Pat, now ECTS has expanded to many different locations in the state of Texas and continues to grow into new areas.

We are excited to be able to carry on what Pat set out to accomplish and would love to have you as a part of that dream.
